The Process

Our customer service team will then guide you through providing your body measurements, and we’ll begin working on your jacket.

When your order is ready, we’ll send you detailed pictures of the finished product. This includes photos showing the size (with measuring tape), design, material, and stitching. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request adjustments at this stage. We’ll only ship your jacket once you’re completely satisfied and give us the green light.
